Session Limits

Players may request a daily session limit by emailing support@gamevillage.com. This will be actioned on receipt. To decrease this limit please email support who will action it on receipt, to increase this limit please email support whom will action it after 7 days.  Players may choose to be allowed to play from 1 hour up to 24 hours in a one calendar day period. A pop up box will appear to alert the player when this limit has been reached.

Self Exclusion

Players may request self exclusion by emailing support@gamevillage.com. This will be actioned on receipt and will only be changed 7 days after receiving an email requesting such a change.


Players may request they be self excluded from the site for the following periods of time:

  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days
  • Permanently

Please note: When a player makes a request for a permanent exclusion Support will ask the player to confirm that they understand that under no circumstances will their account be reopened. Once this has been confirmed the account will remain closed and all further accounts opened by the same player will also be closed.
